Toward the end of our honeymoon, we were blessed to go to Disneyland and California Adventure! Benjamin's co-worker gave us a one day park hopper pass for our wedding gift.
It was actually my first time to California Adventure. I was a little disappointed but it was fun. I don't think it can really compare to Disneyland. They were doing tons of construction while we were there. They were working on Cars Town which looked really cool. I hope we can go back once they open that part of the park up!
When we got into Disneyland, I felt a little overwhelmed. I hadn't been there since I was about nine or so years old. But we saw that there was live jazz starting soon so we made our way to New Orleans Square. The guys were really good and the leader reminded me a lot of Steve Martin! Hehe! They seemed to recognize Benjamin as a musician right away. The band leader found out he played banjo and everyone was all excited and brought us up for a picture. It was a really good time.
People would get so excited when they found out we were on our honeymoon. Of course our car was still decorated from the wedding so we kept getting car honks and "Congratulations!" yelled at us. It was nice at first but after awhile it was pretty silly.
So this was the end of our honeymoon. The beginning pictures are coming soon! Saving the best for last. :)
